My wife and I came home from diner at 7 p.m. with 8 friends to have a birthday cake for one of them .Our air conditioning system was not working I called Cool Quest on Friday night, by 9:30 the air conditioning system was working . Thanks to Lee Miller the Lead Technician and the live operator.

Hi! I'm writing this note to tell you how pleased I was with your employee, Steve Copponi. He arrived on time and was a great worker. It was an afternoon, and it was extremely hot that day. He went straight to work. Then it started to rain - a lot! He worked for at least 3 solid hours in the pouring rain without a break. When he left, my unit was working perfectly. Well, around 9pm the unit stopped working again, so I called it in, and you sent Steve out again. By this time, it was very dark and still raining. Once again, he went straight to work, under what I think were horrible conditions. No breaks, soaking wet, poor guy. I know it's his job, but in my opinion, he went way above and beyond the call of duty. He did not leave until he had the unit working properly (more parts were needed, but he was able to fix it at least until the next day). Throughout all this, he remained in good spirits (I would have been cursing and pulling my hair out!), friendly and helpful (explaining to me exactly what he was doing, in terms that I could understand!). I know this man had to be dead beat after the day he had had. He left around 11:30pm and had to drive all the way back to Spring Hill and told me he had to be up again at around 5am. What a trooper! Probably the best repairman I have EVER had for any kind of work at my house. I understand that Steve is a relatively new employee of yours, and let me tell you, you made an excellent choice in hiring this man. He is a "Keeper"! When it comes time for a raise, make sure you give him a Big One! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good, hard worker! He is a credit to your company!
